Nguo has clean water! The borehole is finished and in use. The Mulanje District Commissioner called Village X and its donors to express thanks for the project.

The drilling is done. Clean water was found at 56 meters. Next steps include installing a cement skirt around the pump and letting the installation dry/settle for a week or so before local residents start using it. Good timing for this borehole -- just ahead of the rainy season and its cholera outbreaks.
