With the painting done, the crew just needs to finish up the breezeblocks and poles.

A graduate of a Village X school, now studying at the Polytechnic University in Blantyre, is adding artwork to show his support.

The painting of the classroom is in progress and should be completed early next week. The breeze blocks were not prepared correctly and are currently being traded out for stronger ones. Some of the existing masonry supports will be replaced with steel poles to provide greater structural integrity.
