Namowa Village wants to build a classroom at its primary school.

Community Problem: Some students are learning outside under trees. This poses a particular problem during bad weather.

Community Solution: Namowa wants a double classroom to accommodate two classes at a time and allow Namowa to upgrade the school from a junior primary school to a full primary school.
