Manyumba wants to build a teacher's office at the community's primary school to solve a persistent problem.

Community Problem: Chisawani Primary School in Manyumba has 15 teachers but no staff room. These teachers are responsible for about 1000 students, who learn in three school blocks. Yet, teachers currently hold staff meetings and prepare for lessons under nearby trees. When a student wants to speak privately with a teacher, there is no place to do it.

Community Solution: Build a staff office. The requested office would also house the school's book collection, which currently resides in the head teacher's house. The project will build capacity in a community that has organized this project and invested its resources to cover 20% of the overall cost, including 5% in cash.
